3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid options are available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details or customer unavailability.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or refusal:

Reshipping may require additional shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Precious Jewellery ships only within India.
