1. Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items can only be returned or exchanged in case of damaged or wrong product received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other agreed method.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Unboxing video or clear photos may be required for verification

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number

• Clear photos or unboxing video

We will review the request and arrange replacement or refund as per our policy.

6. Shipping Charges for Returns

In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping may be arranged by us.

In other situations, customers may be required to bear return shipping charges.

7. International Orders

Currently, Precious Jewellery ships only within India, therefore return services are available only for domestic orders.
